1. What is Simplicity Furnishing?
A: Simplicity Furnishing is an online furnitures store, complete with an e-catalogue and an online ordering cart. 
 
 
2. What furnitures do you carry?
A: Our e-catalogue under Products list the products we carry. We actually do carry more items than shown on our e-catalogue, which we will gradually introduce to our e-catalogue. If you don't find what you want on our e-catalogue, give us a call and tell us about what you need.
 
 
3. I don't see what I want, what do I do?
A: Give us a call! Our catalogue is not exhaustive, and you have something you want but you don't see it on the catalogue, or if you have an idea of what you want, and would like to firm it up, just give us a call and we can discuss about it.
 
 
4. I need to make a bulk purchase, can you manage?
A: We typically carry sufficient stock for most purchases, even if they are bulk purchases. If we happen to have insufficient stock, we will advise you on the lead time.
 
 
5. Where is your showroom?
A: We do not have a showroom. We import our products directly and store them at our warehouse @ 50 Sungei Kadut Loop. This allows us to pass the savings on showroom rental on to you. If you wish to view our products, you could visit our warehouse, but do inform us at 8183 2920 beforehand that you are coming.
 
 
6. Are the prices negotiable?
A: Unfortunately, our prices are non-negotiable. Due care has been taken in arriving at our pricing policy, and being direct importers, we have already cut away all unnecessary costs for you.
 
 
7. How do I order?
A: You may order the products you want through our website by registering an account or checkout as a guest. You may also give us a ring at 8183 2920 to place your orders too. 
 
 
8. Will I get exactly the same goods as shown in the e-catalogue?
A: If, for any reason, our actual products are slightly different from the ones shown in the e-catalogue, we will endeavour to inform you of the differences before we confirm your order with you. Check our descriptions as well.
 
 
9. How do I remit payment for the goods I ordered?
A: We accept either cash, internet banking or cheque and we will advise you on payment upon your order.
 
 
10. Do you have stock for everything on your e-catalogue?
A: While we do keep stock for all our products, we may still run out of stock sometimes. We will endeavour to keep you informed of the stock status for the items you are ordering before we confirm your order with you.
